SUVs With Wireless Charging Under Rs 10 Lakh, by Gearbox
Three SUVs have a factory wireless charger on a variant priced under Rs 10 lakh by the maker, and all are manuals: the Tata Punch Accomplished + S at Rs 9,16,990, the Maruti Fronx Zeta Turbo at Rs 9,75,900 and the Maruti Brezza ZXi Turbo at Rs 9,94,900. The Brezza adds an electric sunroof, cruise control and a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating, while the Fronx has the best certified mileage at 21.5 km/l. We could not confirm an automatic or CNG SUV with the pad under Rs 10 lakh; the Hyundai Exter HX 8 offers it on manual, AMT and CNG but Hyundai did not show its price. The XUV 3XO fits the pad only from the AX5L at Rs 12,02,500.
Three SUVs have a factory wireless charging pad on a variant we could price below Rs 10 lakh from the maker's own website, and all three are manuals. The Tata Punch Accomplished + S is the cheapest at Rs 9,16,990, then the Maruti Fronx Zeta Turbo at Rs 9,75,900 and the Maruti Brezza ZXi Turbo at Rs 9,94,900. We could not find an automatic or a CNG version with the pad that a maker prices under Rs 10 lakh. The Hyundai Exter HX 8 is the likeliest candidate, since Hyundai fits the pad to its manual, AMT and CNG versions, but Hyundai's price tool would not show us variant prices.
Most "under Rs 10 lakh" lists quote the model's starting price. That number is useless here, because none of these SUVs fits the pad to its base trim. This guide works backwards from the feature: for each gearbox, which is the cheapest variant that actually has the pad, and what does it cost? For the wider picture up to Rs 14 lakh, see our list of SUVs with wireless charging under Rs 14 lakh.
The cheapest wireless charging trim of each SUV
| SUV and trim | Gearbox | Price (ex-showroom) | Engine | Certified mileage | Sunroof on this trim |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tata Punch Accomplished + S | 5-speed manual | Rs 9,16,990 | 1.2 petrol, 87.8 PS, 115 Nm | Not published by Tata | Yes, electric |
| Maruti Fronx Zeta Turbo | 5-speed manual | Rs 9,75,900 | 1.0 turbo petrol, 100.06 PS, 147.6 Nm | 21.5 km/l | No (no Fronx has one) |
| Maruti Brezza ZXi Turbo | 6-speed manual | Rs 9,94,900 | 1.0 turbo petrol, 110.12 PS, 170 Nm | 19.96 km/l | Yes, electric |
| Hyundai Exter HX 8 | Manual, AMT or CNG manual | Not available from Hyundai | 1.2 petrol, 83 PS, 113.8 Nm | Not published by Hyundai | Yes, electric |
| Hyundai Venue HX 5+ | See below | Not available from Hyundai | 1.2 petrol, 83 PS, 114.7 Nm | Not published by Hyundai | Yes, electric |
Prices are Delhi ex-showroom, checked October 2026. Maruti prices are single-tone paint; dual tone adds Rs 14,100 on the Brezza ZXi Turbo. The Punch price is the one Tata's site showed for Delhi.
The answer by gearbox
| Gearbox | Cheapest priced variant with the pad, under Rs 10 lakh | What it would take to go cheaper or different |
|---|---|---|
| Manual | Tata Punch Accomplished + S, Rs 9,16,990 | Nothing cheaper qualifies |
| Automatic (AMT, AT, DCT) | None we could price | Exter HX 8 AMT and Punch Accomplished + S AMT have the pad, prices not readable; Fronx Zeta Turbo AT costs Rs 11,03,900 |
| CNG | None we could price | Exter HX 8 CNG has the pad, price not readable; Brezza ZXi CNG costs Rs 11,59,900 |
If you need two pedals or CNG and a pad, the honest position is that Rs 10 lakh is the line where the evidence runs out. Ask the Hyundai and Tata dealers for the HX 8 AMT, HX 8 CNG and Punch Accomplished + S AMT on-paper price before you widen your budget.
How this list was built, and what was not verified
The rule was simple. The maker's brochure or variant list had to show a wireless charger on a named trim, and the maker's own website had to price that trim below Rs 10 lakh. Features come from each maker's current brochure: the Fronx and Brezza brochures from NEXA and Arena, Hyundai's Exter and Venue brochures, and Tata's 2026 Punch brochure. Prices come from the Arena Brezza price page, the NEXA price list, Tata's Punch price page and Mahindra's XUV 3XO page.
What we could not check:
- Hyundai variant prices. Hyundai's price tool shows only starting prices (Exter Rs 5,80,600, Venue Rs 7,99,900). Its variant table did not load for us, so the Exter and Venue are listed but not ranked.
- Kia Sonet. Kia's spec sheet is not accessible to us. Our September list carried the Sonet HTK+(O) at about Rs 9.72 lakh with a charger, but we did not re-verify it this month, so it is not ranked here.
- Toyota Taisor. Toyota's brochure lists a wireless charger, but Toyota's prices were not available to us.
- Tata Punch automatics. Tata's page showed us the petrol manual price only.
- Mileage. Tata and Hyundai publish no certified fuel-efficiency figures in their brochures, so those cells say so.
Cars dropped for missing the ceiling:
- Mahindra XUV 3XO. The charger arrives on the AX5L, which starts at Rs 12,02,500, and the AX7 (from Rs 12,19,500). The cheaper AX5 at Rs 9,99,900 does not have it.
- Maruti Brezza ZXi (1.5 petrol) manual at Rs 10,54,900 and the Brezza ZXi CNG at Rs 11,59,900.
- Maruti Fronx Zeta Turbo automatic at Rs 11,03,900.
1. Tata Punch Accomplished + S, Rs 9,16,990
The Punch gets the pad only on its top trim, the Accomplished + S, and that trim still lands under Rs 10 lakh as a petrol manual. It is the cheapest confirmed route to the feature in this price band, and the only one here holding a 5-star Bharat NCAP result that covers both its petrol and CNG families.
- What comes with the pad: voice-assisted electric sunroof, a 26.03 cm touchscreen, a 17.78 cm digital cluster, auto-dimming mirror, R16 diamond-cut alloys and cruise control.
- Engine: 1.2-litre Revotron petrol, 87.8 PS and 115 Nm, 5-speed manual. Tata also lists the pad on the Accomplished + S automatic, CNG automatic and 1.2 turbo (120 PS, 170 Nm), but its site did not show us those prices.
- Safety: 6 airbags standard. Bharat NCAP scored it 30.58 of 32 for adult occupants and 45 of 49 for children, and its applicability grid lists the Accomplished + S petrol manual.
- Where it falls short: this is the most expensive Punch, so you are buying the whole top-trim bundle to get the pad. Tata publishes no certified mileage.
2. Maruti Fronx Zeta Turbo, Rs 9,75,900
Maruti's Fronx brochure ticks the "Wireless Smartdevice Charger" on the Zeta and Alpha only, and both are 1.0 turbo variants. So on the Fronx the pad and the turbo engine come together. The Zeta manual is the only Fronx with the pad under Rs 10 lakh: the Zeta automatic costs Rs 11,03,900 and the Alpha manual Rs 10,60,900.
- What comes with the pad: wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay on a 17.78 cm SmartPlay Pro screen, and paddle shifters if you pay for the automatic. The larger 22.86 cm screen and Arkamys sound are Alpha-only.
- Engine: 1.0 turbo Boosterjet, 73.6 kW (100.06 PS) and 147.6 Nm from 2,000 to 4,500 rpm, 5-speed manual.
- Mileage: 21.5 km/l, the best certified figure in this list.
- Safety: 6 airbags, ESP and hill hold standard on every Fronx. There is no Bharat NCAP or Global NCAP result for the India-spec car.
- Where it falls short: no Fronx has a sunroof, and the head-up display, 360 View Camera and cruise control are all Alpha-only. Of the three priced cars, the Zeta Turbo gets the least around the pad.
3. Maruti Brezza ZXi Turbo, Rs 9,94,900
The Brezza brochure fits a "Wireless Charging Dock with Active Cooling" from the ZXi up, on both the 1.0 turbo and the 1.5 petrol. Only the turbo ZXi makes it under Rs 10 lakh, by Rs 5,100. The cooling matters more than it sounds: a phone slows its own charging when it gets hot, which happens quickly on a pad in an Indian summer.
- What comes with the pad: electric sunroof and cruise control (the brochure marks cruise as turbo-only on the ZXi), a 17.78 cm touchscreen with Arkamys tuning, front parking sensors and tyre pressure monitoring.
- Engine: K10C 1.0 turbo with mild hybrid, 81 kW (110.12 PS) and 170 Nm, 6-speed manual only. There is no Brezza turbo automatic.
- Mileage: 19.96 km/l for the ZXi and ZXi+ Turbo, per the brochure. The cheaper LXi and VXi Turbo are rated at 20.47 km/l.
- Safety: 6 airbags standard. Bharat NCAP gave the Brezza 30.41 of 32 for adults and 43 of 49 for children in June 2026, and the rating applies to the 1.0 Turbo 6MT trims.
- Where it falls short: it is right at the ceiling, and the 1.5 petrol ZXi automatic with the pad is listed at Rs 12,00,500 in dual tone.
This is the strongest package of the three for the money: pad, sunroof, cruise and a current 5-star rating, for Rs 78,000 more than the Punch.

Hyundai Exter HX 8
Hyundai's brochure marks the smartphone wireless charger standard on the HX 8 and HX 10 only. The HX 8 is the interesting one, because Hyundai builds it as a 1.2 petrol manual, a 1.2 petrol AMT and a CNG manual. If its prices sit under Rs 10 lakh, it is the only SUV here offering the pad with an automatic or with CNG. The HX 10 is AMT only.
The petrol engine makes 61 kW (83 PS) and 113.8 Nm; in CNG mode it makes 50.5 kW and 95.2 Nm. Six airbags are standard and the electric sunroof starts lower, at the HX 4+. Hyundai prints no certified mileage.
Hyundai Venue HX 5+
The Venue brochure starts the wireless charger at the HX 5+, together with the smart electric sunroof, and the 1.2 petrol makes 83 PS and 114.7 Nm. Our September check put this trim at about Rs 9.99 lakh, a whisker under the line. We could not read Hyundai's variant price this month, so treat it as a candidate to confirm at the dealer.
Which one to buy
- Lowest price for the pad: Tata Punch Accomplished + S.
- Best package at the limit: Brezza ZXi Turbo, for the sunroof, cruise and cooled pad.
- Best mileage: Fronx Zeta Turbo at 21.5 km/l, if you can live without a sunroof.
- Need an automatic or CNG: get written prices for the Exter HX 8 first. If they come in over Rs 10 lakh, the cheapest maker-priced automatic with a pad we found is the Fronx Zeta Turbo AT at Rs 11,03,900. Our guide to compact SUV automatics under Rs 10 lakh covers the automatics that skip the pad.
Before you sign, put your own phone, in its usual case, on the pad in the showroom. Thick cases and card wallets stop inductive charging, and a phone that does not sit on the coil will not charge at all.
